| Beautiful Peneloupe Pace returns in her role as Linda Shafer, a brilliant but corrupt chemist whose scheme to sell a highly addictive drug she developed backfires in "Point of Entry". Known only as UL 40, this experimental compound, which is best when administered anally, has caused insatiable sexual impulses in test subject, often with disastrous results. The buyer of these illicit goods is a black market drug dealer named Bruce, who has offered Linda one million dollars for her ill begotten brain child, which he will in turn market as a new hypnotic sex stimulant. Meeting Bruce in his warehouse lair to turn over a sample of the drug, as will as a computer disk with the formula for synthesis of the compound, Linda is double crossed by her devious co worker, sultry Megan Court. Linda now finds herself the bound and gagged captive of Bruce, and the vicious Mr. Ring, Bruce's sinister robotic henchman. But Linda has a few tricks of her own. Before meeting with Bruce, Linda wisely took the precaution of deleting part of the formula from the computer disk, information she alone has knowledge of. Without the formula, synthesis of the drug will be difficult, if not impossible. Only Linda knows the rest of the code, and she's not telling, at least not yet. Bruce has left it to Megan and Mr. Ring to "convince" Linda to cooperate and divulge the information that they seek, suffering unspeakable acts of cruelty and humiliation for her refusal to comply. But, Linda knows she won't last long once they have what they want, so she will withstand the pain as long as she can. But Mr. Ring has on even more diabolical fate in mind for the petite chemist. A dosage of her own drugs might just loosen Linda's tongue, if it doesn't kill her first. Meanwhile, Bruce is meeting with Diedra, a pretty brunette drug courier, who is to deliver his weekly collection money. Deciding that she deserved a piece of Bruce's ill gotten gains, Diedra’s liberated fifty thousand dollars with the intention of doing away with Bruce whom she never liked much anyway. But Diedra's plans drastically change when Bruce get the upper hand on the devious, gun toting beauty, deciding to use her as the tightly tied and squirming guinea pig for testing the UL 40.
